FAQ
Does a listing cost anything?
No. The basic profile is free forever. Premium is optional and worth it if you want more requests.
Does Miracreative take a commission?
No. Clients contact you directly, and the job is strictly between you and the client.
Who can sign up?
Creatives based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein: individuals, freelancers, studios and agencies. Every profile is briefly checked before it goes live.
How do I pay for Premium?
By invoice with QR code, monthly or yearly – no credit card needed. Premium starts once payment is received.
Does Premium renew automatically?
Only if you want it: with “Renew automatically” you get a new QR invoice shortly before expiry. If you don’t pay it, Premium simply ends – no costs or reminder fees. You can switch the option off in your account at any time.
Can I delete my profile?
Yes, at any time in your account under Settings. All data and images will be removed.
